Research interests:

  • Stochastic modeling of signaling pathways
  • Design of experiments
  • Parameter estimation
  • Identifiability

My research focuses on the development of methods for parameter estimation and experimental design for stochastic models of biochemical reactions. I am working on methods using integration of the corresponding ordinary differential equation systems as well as on methods based on stochastic simulations and the solution of the corresponding stochastic optimization problems.

I am a member of Bioms and  associated with the junior research group of Stefan Körkel.
